We are 100% an e-commerce store with our head office in Kya Sands in Johannesburg.
Domestic (Within South Africa)
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For Gauteng, parcels are delivered the same day if you place your order before 10 AM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
International (Outside of South Africa)
Shipment Processing Time: All international orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We obtain the best courier quotes and send them to you directly. Once you approve the quote, we promptly ship your parcel.
