Change-of-mind returns

For online purchases delivered within South Africa, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

We are pleased to offer free returns on eligible purchases, so you won't have to worry about the cost of sending an item back.
