Kedibone operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). This website is commercially operated under the brand name Kedibone by the data controller and individual sole trader Ifueko Uzorka, with registered fiscal address at 47 Rua das Libelinhas and Portuguese Tax Identification Number (NIF) 327616911.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage. To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. 3. Orders and Invoicing

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. Kedibone reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Your order is not accepted until Kedibone confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Kedibone may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

In accordance with Portuguese fiscal law, an official invoice (Fatura) will be generated for every transaction and delivered electronically to your email address. Customers wishing to include their personal Portuguese Tax Number (NIF) on the invoice must provide it in the designated field during checkout.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered elsewhere. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You represent and warrant that (1) you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, (2) that the information you provide for such payment method is true, correct and complete, and (3) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

All delivery times are estimates only and are not strictly guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. In full compliance with European Union consumer legislation, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you only when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

In accordance with EU and Portuguese consumer protection laws (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014), consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day they receive physical possession of the goods.

• Exercising the Right: To cancel your purchase under this rule, you must inform us via an explicit statement sent to hello@kedibone.com before the 14-day window expires.
• Return Conditions: Items must be shipped back in their original, unused, and pristine condition, inside their original packaging, without any structural modifications or signs of wear. Return shipping is free, and we will provide a return label.
• Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund all payments received from you, including the initial standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds are issued through the exact same payment method used for the initial purchase.

7. Statutory Product Warranty

Under Portuguese consumer protection frameworks (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021), physical goods sold to consumers within the EU are covered by a legal conformity warranty against manufacturing defects or faults. If a product arrives broken, develops a systemic defect, or does not match its description, you have the right to a legal remedy (including repair, replacement, price reduction, or complete contract termination depending on the case). You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
